This page details what we expect from applicants, if you wish to find out more about Aztecs as a guild click "about us" on the left.

Trialists will not only be judged on their ability to perform in raids but also how well you fit with with Aztecs on a personal level. You won't pass the trial because we desperately need another .

Trialists are on lower loot priority than current raiders until they pass their trial, though DKP is awarded at the normal rate.

Applicants should be:
* Be at least 18 years of age.
* Be able to understand spoken and written English, and speak it yourself.
* Respect your fellow guild members
* Enjoy playing with likeminded people for the social interaction.
* Be active in aspects of the guild such as 5 mans, 10 mans and/or PvP.
* Be active in guild chat, ventrilo and on the forums.

Raider applicants must:
* Be able to attend a minimum of two out of four raids per week (on average).
* Perform well in raids (both in terms of fulfilling your role and not dying to fight mechanics).
* Come to raids prepared, in terms of itemisation, talent specs, consumables & knowing the tactics for upcoming boss fights.
* Be able to use ventrilo, listening is required, being able to speak on it is a huge plus - communication is key!
